Cheese and Marmite Twists

  2. Heat oven to 200 degrees C/180 degrees C fan/gas 6 (about 390 degrees F).
  3. Finely grate the cheese.
  4. Unravel the pastry, spread evenly with the Marmite, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. Now fold the pastry in half to make a sandwich and press down well.

  7. Cut the pastry into 12 equal strips.
  8. Carefully twist each strip and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  10. Leave for 5 minutes to firm up a little, then lift onto a cooling rack.
