Cheese and Marmite Twists
- 1-78 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Finely Grated
- 1 whole Ready To Use Puff Pastry Sheet
- 2 Tablespoons Marmite (or Mustard, If You Don't Like Marmite)

- Heat oven to 200 degrees C/180 degrees C fan/gas 6 (about 390 degrees F).
- Finely grate the cheese.
- Unravel the pastry, spread evenly with the Marmite, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Now fold the pastry in half to make a sandwich and press down well.

- Cut the pastry into 12 equal strips.
- Carefully twist each strip and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- Leave for 5 minutes to firm up a little, then lift onto a cooling rack.
