Slow Cooker Autumn Spiced Pork
- 3 lbs boneless pork loin
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 12 tablespoon nutmeg
- 14 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon Gravy Master
- Stud the pork loin with the cloves, and place in bottom of crock pot.
- Sprinkle paprika and nutmeg over pork.
- Mix ketchup, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, and gravy master in separate bowl and pour over pork.
- Cover and cook for 10 hours.
- Remove port from crock pot, and remove cloves
- Slice pork and spoon the juices from the crock pot over the pork.
