Bunkers Love Affair

  1. In a mixing glass filled three-quarters with ice, stir the Suze, Calvados and Pommeau until chilled, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. Top with cider.
  4. Twist grapefruit peel over drink and garnish with peel.
