Wing It BBQ Dinner
- 1 can (19 fl oz / 540 mL) pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 cup Kraft Chicken'N Rib BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced carrot Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 12 chicken wings, tips removed Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Drain 1 can (19 fl oz / 540 mL) pineapple chunks.
- Reserve 1/2 cup juice and mix with 1 cup Kraft Chicken'N Rib BBQ Sauce; set aside.
- Place pineapple chunks, and a 1/2 cup each sliced carrots and chopped green peppers on a foil-lined 10x15-inch baking pan.
- Top with 12 chicken wings, tips removed (about 3 per person).
- Bake at 400F for 30 min.
- Remove pan from oven and pour barbecue sauce mixture over chicken and vegetables.
- Bake an additional 10 min.
