Quick Corn Chowder

  1. Melt butter in 4-quart saucepan until sizzling; add ham, onion and celery.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until onion and celery are softened.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except potato flakes.
  4. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 12-14 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in potato flakes until mixture is slightly thickened.
