Vegetarian White Sauce
- 200 ml Soy milk
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 1 small Onion
- 2 tbsp Flour (preferably whole wheat)
- 1 Vegetable bouillon cube
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Fry the thinly cut onions in a little vegetable oil.
- Add the flour and bouillon, and continue to fry, taking care not to let it scorch.
- When the flour has been fried, add the soy and coconut milk, and mix on a low heat until the mixture thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
