Low Fat Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Cream the butter, sugar, and applesauce.
  3. Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture into banana mis.
  6. Add milk.
  7. Pour into large loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes, or until done.
