Port Wine Cheese Log Recipe

• 2 pound mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2-4 tbsp. light cream
• 1/2 ounce. port wine
• Minced nuts

1. In food processor, place cheese and cream.
2. Blend.
3. Add in port wine.
4. Blend.
5. Shape into ball or possibly log, roll in nuts.
6. Chill.
