Butterscotch Apple Crumb Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. In large bowl, combine lemon juice and apples;toss until well coated.
  3. Stir in sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt;mix well.
  4. Turn into 9" unbaked pie shell.
  5. Cover edges with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake @ 375F (190C) for 20 minutes.
  7. TOPPING: Melt over hot (not boiling water Butterscotch Morsels and butter;stir until smooth.
  8. Remove from heat;stir in flour and salt.
  9. Blend until mixture forms large crumbs.
  10. Remove foil from pie.
  11. Crumb mixture over top of hot apples.
  12. Bake @ 375F (190C) 25 minutes longer.
