Sour Cream Salad Dressing Recipe

• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 c. vinegar
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. flour
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 3 whole Large eggs or possibly left-over yolks

1. Heat lowfat sour cream and vinegar but don't boil.
2. Add in rest of the ingredients; boil and stir constantly till smooth and thick.
