Egg rolls

  1. Combine flour and salt.
  2. Make hole in middle then add egg.
  3. Mix well then slowly add water to make dough.
  4. Cover and let sit for 20 min.
  5. Make small balls with dough and roll out very thin.
  6. Add shredded cabbage, carrots and protein in middle and roll.
  7. Deep fry for a couple minutes till golden brown.
