Egg rolls
- 2 cup cabbage (red and green)
- 1 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup protein (your choice) i use chicken or pork
- 1 each egg
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water. may need a little more or less.
- Combine flour and salt.
- Make hole in middle then add egg.
- Mix well then slowly add water to make dough.
- Cover and let sit for 20 min.
- Make small balls with dough and roll out very thin.
- Add shredded cabbage, carrots and protein in middle and roll.
- Deep fry for a couple minutes till golden brown.
