Tuna Burgers

  1. In a med.
  2. bowl, mix all ingredients except abutter, buns and dill dip.
  3. Let sit about 5 minutes.
  4. Shape into patties (aabout 2 inches thick, but can make them 3 1/2 inches thick if you prefer thicker burgers but use about 1/2 c or less for each patty).
  5. In a 12 inch skillet melt margarine over med.
  6. heat.
  7. Add patties to skillet when hot and cook 10-12 minutes, turning once until nicely browned on both sides and well cooked through.
  8. Serve on a bun with the dill dip, tomatoes, red onions and lettuce Or, you can place them in a casserole dish and cover them with spaghetti cause and bake them for 30 minutes and use them as a side dish for a meal.
