Green Chile Won Tons Recipe

  1. Won Tons:
  2. Mix cheese and green chiles.
  3. Place 1 teaspoon mixture on a Won Ton skin and fold like an envelope.
  4. Seal with a little dab of water.
  5. Fry in 2 inches of hot oil until golden brown, turning so that both sides will be golden brown.
  6. Drain.
  7. Serve hot with guacamole dip.
  8. Guacamole Dip:
  9. Mash pulp of avocado and blend in lime juice.
  10. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smoth.
  11. Cover and refrigerate until used.
