From Canada: Maple Salmon Bake for Bento

  1. Preheat the oven to 390F/200C.
  2. Mix the ingredients marked with while it's heating.
  3. Put the fish in a ovenproof dish and cover with the ingredients marked with .
  4. When the oven has heated, bake for 15 minutes.
  5. I used Canadian beer instead of water for the tempura side dish, and included matcha salt in this Japanese/Canadian combo bento.
