The Best Chocolate Cake Ever

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. Grease bottom and sides of two 9"x 2" cake pans.
  3. Mix all ingredients on low for one minute.
  4. Scrape bowl.
  5. Mix on medium for two minutes.
  6. Divide batter between two pans .
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
  8. Cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Melt chocolate over simmering water until smooth .
  10. Let cool to room temperature.
  11. Whisk sour cream into melted chocolate .
  12. Frost and garnish.
