Easy, Delicious Bulgogi

  1. Cut the carrot into 5 cm matchsticks.
  2. Cut the chives into 5 cm pieces.
  3. Slice the onion thinly.
  4. Mix the ingredients together.
  5. Put the meat and the combined sauce from Step 1 in a frying pan and let rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the vegetables to the pan, and let rest until the vegetables have wilted.
  7. When the vegetables have wilted, stir-fry over high heat.
