Easy, Delicious Bulgogi
- 300 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 1 small Onion
- 2/3 Carrot
- 1/2 to 1 bunch Chinese chives
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds
- 1 to 2 cloves Grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp - see Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Ichimi chili pepper powder
- Cut the carrot into 5 cm matchsticks.
- Cut the chives into 5 cm pieces.
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Put the meat and the combined sauce from Step 1 in a frying pan and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Add the vegetables to the pan, and let rest until the vegetables have wilted.
- When the vegetables have wilted, stir-fry over high heat.
