Ww Carrot Cake - 4pts

• 1 (18 ounce) box carrot cake mix (I use pudding type)
• 12 cup crushed pineapple in juice
• 14 cup raisins
• 12 cup carrot (shredded)
• 13 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 34 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute

1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Add to prepared Bundt pan and cook for approximately 40 minutes at 350.
3. Check for doneness, it may need a little bit longer.
