Banana Canoes

• 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 4 bananas (unpeeled)
• 1/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
• 8 Mini Oreo Cookies

1. Prepare pudding as directed on pkg.
2. Cut each unpeeled banana in half lengthwise, being careful to not cut all the way through to bottom peel.
3. Place 1 banana, peel side down, in each of 4 dessert dishes.
4. Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding down the centre of each banana.
5. Top each with 1 Tbsp.
6. of the whipped topping and 2 cookies.
7. Serve with a spoon for a paddle.
