Grilled Sea Bass With Mango Kiwi Salsa

  1. Make salsa 12 to 24 hr ahead so flavors can blend.
  2. Mix all salsa ingredients in a large bowl cover and chill for 12 hours minimum.
  3. Coat sea bass with oil and season to taste.
  4. Cook on the grill until meat starts to flake.
  5. Place fish on bed of Spanish rice and top with salsa.
