Spicy Blue Cheese Burgers
- 2 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 env. (1 oz.) KRAFT Thick & Creamy Blue Cheese Dip, Dressing & Recipe Mix
- 8 hamburger buns
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix all ingredients except buns just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 7 to 9 min.
- on each side or until done (165F), adding buns, cut-sides down, to grill for the last few minutes.
- Fill buns with burgers.
