Honeydew Mimosas

• 12 medium honeydew melon, cubed (about 4 cups)
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled
• lime wedge (to garnish)

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into a large pitcher; add sparkling wine.
4. Pour into glasses.
5. Garnish, if desired.
