Mom Swahlan's Fish/Onion Fry

  1. mix flour, baking powder and beer or milk.
  2. May need a bit more beer.
  3. Dredge onions in batter and then in crushed crackers.
  4. Deep fry at approx 350 degrees till golden.
  5. Can keep warm in 170 degree oven.
