Angel Hair with Tomatoes, Basil and Garlic

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
  4. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add hot pasta to skillet; toss well.
  7. Add chicken broth and stir.
  8. Toss with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
