chicken, mushroom alfredo
- 2 lb 3 cheese alfredo sauce
- 1 lb boneless chicken
- 1 packages fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 lb fettuccini noodles
- boil pasta according to package.
- I usually add a bit of cooking oil to water before putting pasta in so it won't stick.
- Cut chicken up into cubes, pieces and put into bowl.
- Add salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Mix chicken with your hands after you season.
- Place chicken in a pan with small amount of cooking oil to fry on medium heat.
- While pasta and chicken are cooking...heat up Alfredo sauce in a pot and add mushrooms.
- let it simmer on low heat.
- When chicken is cooked Well drain any grease and add to sauce.
- Pasta should be cooked by this time so drain water and rinse with cold water to stop from cooking.
- place pasta back in huge pot and add sauce and chicken.
- Mix Well and enjoy!
