Mint Syrup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
10 mint leaves, torn
In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil.
Remove from the heat and add mint.
Steep for at least 2 hours, then strain and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
