Penne Pasta Bake Made with BOCA
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 qt. onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/4 gal. penne pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 gal. Frozen BOCA Ground Burger, separated
- 3 qt. canned diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 qt. spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1-1/2 qt. Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Add onion and garlic; saute 3 minutes.
- Add pasta, crumbles, tomatoes, pasta sauce, Parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese; mix well.
- Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Pour evenly into 2 full deep hotel pans (or 1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes or until pasta mixture is heated through and cheese is melted.
