Baked Ham And Cheese Sandwich Recipe
- 16 slc Bread
- 3/4 lb Ham, sliced
- 1/2 lb Cheese
- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Mushrooms
- 4 x Hard boiled Large eggs
- Remove crust from bread.
- Place 8 in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
- Put 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese on each piece of bread.
- Put other slice of bread on top.
- Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk together.
- Pour over the sandwiches.
- Chill overnight.
- Remove in the morning for several hrs before baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Pour sauce over sandwiches when serving.
