Omelet Piccata with Pork Offcuts
- 100 grams Thinly sliced pork offcuts
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Easy melting cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Plain flour
- Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper.
- Dust with flour and mix well.
- Beat eggs, add the easy melting cheese and Step 1.
- Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, and pour in the Step 2 mixture.
- Stir gently, and cook the pork through.
- When the egg starts to cook, move it to the side.
- Flip, and make an omelet shape.
- Turn down the heat to the lowest setting.
- Cover with a lid, and steam-fry for about 2 minutes to cook through.
- Done.
