Hot Chicken Supreme Recipe
- 3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 c. minced pimiento (or possibly red bell pepper)
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry, optional
- 2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1 (3 ounce.) can Chinese noodles
- Combine all ingredients except noodles, mix well.
- Spoon mix into a buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole and top with the noodles.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Serves 6 to 8.
