Crustless Sausage Apple Quiche Recipe

  1. Cook sausage till browned, stirring to crumble, drain well.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, cheese and sausage in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spoon into a 9 inch quiche dish or possibly deep dish pie plate.
  5. Combine Large eggs, half and half and biscuit mix.
  6. Mix well, pour over apple mix.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or possibly till set.
  8. Yield: 1 (9 inch) quiche.
