Green Lantern

• 1/2 kiwi, peeled and diced
• 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 1 ounce Viognier
• 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi with the Simple Syrup.
2. Add ice and the gin, Viognier and lime juice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
