BOCA Breakfast Stromboli

  1. For each serving: Whisk 3 eggs with 1/4 cup milk until blended.
  2. Add to nonstick skillet; cook until scrambled.
  3. Transfer to medium bowl.
  4. Add 1/3 cup ground burger, 2 Tbsp.
  5. each cooked spinach, onions, peppers, tomatoes; and 1 Tbsp.
  6. cheese; mix well.
  7. Roll and stretch 1 ball of pizza dough into 10-inch oval on lightly floured surface.
  8. Place in parchment-lined half-sheet pan.
  9. Spoon egg mixture onto center of dough.
  10. Fold dough in half; press edges together to seal.
  11. Cut slits in top to vent steam.
  12. Bake in 375 degrees F convection oven 10 to 12 min.
  13. or until golden brown.
