Salted Peanut Bars Recipe
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus cake mix (yellow)
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 3 c. mini marshmallows
- 2/3 c. white corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. peanut butter chips
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 c. Spanish peanuts
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix first 3 ingredients into a crumbly mix, and press into a 9"x13" pan, sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 min.
- Pour 3 c. mini marshmallows over crust and bake till puffy.
- In a saucepan heat 2/3 c. white corn syrup, 1/4 c. butter, 2 c. peanut butter chips.
- Add in 2 c. Rice Krispies and 2 c. Spanish peanuts and 2 tsp.
- vanilla.
- Pour over marshmallows.
- Refrigeratebriefly and cut before completely cold.
