Pork Roast on the NuWave

• 1 pork roast
• 1 special seasoning
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 whorstishire sauce

1. Poke holes in roast then add garlic,then season roast with your favorite seasoning .
2. Place on new wave oven rack an cook.
3. Can put in oven too meat should reach 155 - 160 when done.
