Pork & Sauerkraut
- 3 lbs pork roast
- pepper
- garlic
- 1 quart sauerkraut
- 12 cup water
- Season meat with pepper & garlic.
- Place in roast pan, & bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour.
- Add 1/2 cup of water & sauerkraut to the pan.
- Bake an additional 30 minutes.
- Serving size is approximate.
