Pork & Sauerkraut

  1. Season meat with pepper & garlic.
  2. Place in roast pan, & bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of water & sauerkraut to the pan.
  4. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serving size is approximate.
