Easy Broccoli Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into strips
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
- Spray skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Add VELVEETA, soup, milk and broccoli.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon chicken mixture over rice.
