Plum Ginger Glazed Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Lay chicken pieces on a baking sheet.
  3. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and toss together so that chicken is fully coated.
  5. Bake for 40 inutes, or until the chicken is nicely browned and juices run clear.
