Junior League - Chicken Marbella

  1. Put chicken in sealable bag.
  2. Combine sugar, olive oil and vinegar.
  3. Stir in prunes, basil, olives, caper, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Marinate for 8-10 hrs in fridge.
  6. Arrange chicken in single layer with marinade in baking dish.
  7. Drizzle with wine.
  8. Bake at 350 for 1 hr, basting regularly.
  9. Remove the chicken and sauce and plate.
  10. Sprinkle with Parsley.
