Dee's Yellow Casserole
- 2 lbs hash brown potatoes, lyden farms
- 10 34 ounces cheddar cheese soup
- 1 12 cups water
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 cup frozen corn or 4 hard-boiled eggs
- in casserole layer potatoes.
- then sprinkle on minced onion then uncooked pork sausage just dot it all over potatoes.
- then soup then water then onion sprinkles.
- heat oven to 425 degrees.
- bake for 45 minutes.
- then add corn or hard boiled eggs on top cook for 15 minutes more.
- until hot and bubbly.
