Roasted Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts, washed and cut in half length wise
- 3 clove minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 400
- In a large bowl, mix Brussel Sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Pour onto baking sheet, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle garlic powder on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Take out and flip over.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Take out and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for another 2 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
