Strawberry Shortcake Sundaes for Two

• 1 -1 12 cup strawberry ice cream
• 2 pieces vanilla sponge cakes (I use a basic victoria sponge cut to the size of my tumblers)
• 1 cup whipped cream (or you can use squirty cream)
• 10 fresh strawberries

1. Place the sponge cake in the bottom of each glass.
2. Press down gently to make sure the entire base is covered.
3. Hull & slice 2 strawberries & cover the sponge bases.
4. Spoon the ice cream over the top of the strawberries.
5. Hull & slice 2 more strawberries & cover the ice cream.
6. Pipe the whipped cream over the top of the strawberries & top with the remaining whole strawberries.
