Creamy Mango Sorbet

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in small bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Carefully pour into blender container.
  4. Add mango pulp; cover.
  5. Blend on high speed 1 min.
  6. or until well blended.
  7. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
  8. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Scoop evenly into four individual dessert cups.
  10. Store leftover sorbet in freezer.
