Ambrosia Parfait
- 1 pkg (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 cup each: milk and crushed undrained pineapple
- 1 small banana, chopped
- 1 can (10 oz/ 284 mL) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup each: coconut and sliced almonds, toasted
- PREPARE pudding as directed on package, reducing milk to 1 cup (250 mL).
- Stir in pineapple and banana.
- Spoon one-third of the pudding into 6 dessert dishes.
- Layer remaining ingredients, alternating with pudding.
- CHILL at least 30 minutes.
