Grilled Minis Skewers
- 16 piller's kolbassa mini sausages
- 16 small wooden skewers or 16 small toothpicks
- 45 ml Dijon mustard
- 30 ml honey
- 45 ml olive oil
- 1 apple, cut into small wedges
- 1 small red onion, cut into cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into cubes
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, and oil until combined.
- Thread Kolbassa Minis with a combination of apples, onions, or peppers onto 16 skewers.
- Brush generously with dressing.
- Grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.
