OREO Fruit Tart
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
- 4 OREO Cookies, finely chopped
- 2 cups cut-up assorted fresh fruit (sliced peeled kiwi, sliced mango, halved strawberries)
- 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves, melted
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 1 minute or until well blended.
- Stir in whipped topping.
- Spread into pie crust; sprinkle with chopped cookies.
- Top with fruit; brush evenly with preserves.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until ready to serve.
- Store leftover tart in refrigerator.
