Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 10 ounces, fluid Package Of Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 13 ounces, fluid Artichoke Hearts
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 3/4 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese, Plus Additional For Topping
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- Heat the spinach in the microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry.
- Drain the artichoke hearts and mince.
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle some cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
