Garlic Chile Potato Kebabs

  1. Boil, steam or microwave potatoes and onions separately until just tender.
  2. Thread potatoes, onions and 12 of the chillies onto 4 skewers.
  3. Chop finely the remaining chillies.
  4. Combine the chili in a small bowl with the garlic and oil.
  5. Cook the kebabs on a heated oiled bbq plate, brushing with chili mixture occasionally until browned and tender.
