Chia Fruit Smoothie
- 12 ounce chia seeds
- 12 lemon, peeled
- 12 cup blueberries
- 12 cup blackberry
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, soy if you'd like to remain gluten free
- 2 ounces almond milk
- Place almond milk and soy protein powder in blender and liquefy.
- Add banana, berries and lemon and blend.
- Last, add chia seeds and blend.
- Refrigerate overnight or freeze for 10 - 15 minutes to allow chia to gel.
- Yummy!
