Chia Fruit Smoothie

  1. Place almond milk and soy protein powder in blender and liquefy.
  2. Add banana, berries and lemon and blend.
  3. Last, add chia seeds and blend.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or freeze for 10 - 15 minutes to allow chia to gel.
  5. Yummy!
