Italian Nachos Amore! #Ragu
- 26 ounces Ragu Pasta Sauce, Parmesan and Romano Robusto
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lb bulk Italian sausage
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pepperoncini pepper, sliced
- 1 cup of sliced black olives
- 14 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 14 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 ounces tortilla chips
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the diced onion, ground beef, Italian sausage and pepperoni.
- Stir and cook until the meat is browned, about 8 minutes and drain excess fat.
- Add red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning.
- In a separate saucepan, heat Ragu until hot but not boiling, approximately 5 minutes stirring gently.
- Add bag of tortilla chips to a 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle the black beans and the meat mixture covering the chips.
- Cover with Ragu sauce, and both Feta and Cheddar cheeses.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheeses soften and melt.
- Add dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with pepperoncini,black olives, green onions, bacon and sprinkle cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
