Split hotdogs
- 16 oz hotdogs
- 1/4 cup butter, or ghee
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Split the hotdogs down the middle but not all the way through.
- Heat butter, or ghee.
- Add spices to it.
- Add the hotdogs to the butter, or ghee.
- Fry till caramelized.
- Set to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.
- Serve, hope you enjoy!
