Split hotdogs

  1. Split the hotdogs down the middle but not all the way through.
  2. Heat butter, or ghee.
  3. Add spices to it.
  4. Add the hotdogs to the butter, or ghee.
  5. Fry till caramelized.
  6. Set to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.
  7. Serve, hope you enjoy!
